Andrew Morse
Director & Owner
Andrew started the company in 2008 after serving 20 years with Bank of Scotland and working exclusively in the Asset Finance industry. Andrew has worked with new start operators through to multinational enterprises on a whole array of assets from photocopiers to food production lines, bottling plants and aircraft.
“It’s the variety of customers and assets that keeps me motivated and meeting entrepreneurs who are risking their own money up and down the country. No two days are the same.”.
Andrew loves his family life and following most sports especially rugby union from his parental birthplace in Wales.
Oliver Morse

Asset Finance Representative
Oliver started his asset finance journey in 2022 and was awarded his level 5 diploma in Asset Finance in nine months from the London Institute of Banking and Finance. He has developed his knowledge and skills through his daily interaction with owners and directors of small and medium sized businesses. He joined the BNI Group in Cleethorpes earlier in 2025 and made many new connections.
Oliver is another keen sportsman and follows Manchester United, loves his films, and plays drums to grade 8 standard.
Samuel Morse
Apprentice Asset Finance Representative
Samuel is currently studying for a Sports and Exercise Science degree. Another sportsman and Manchester United fan, he played football to a decent level being selected for trials with the England U18 school boys.
He initially did work experience in Asset Finance but now wants to pursue a career after his studies.
